For this, they spent a few years doing research talking to manufacturers in India, and creating samples of non-toxic, harsh chemical-free products. All these products were given to parents with newborn babies and they used it on the babies and got their feedback. Taking all the feedback they gave, they refined the product and launched six baby care products.

The first brand in Asia that bought this certificate was Mama Earth. Also, the company reached out to the community of newborn babies and educated them on why they should use their product.

By doing this continuously, their sales increased little by little and within six months of starting the company, they achieved a revenue of 25 to 30 lakh rupees. Because of this, many investors invested in their companies, so with that investment, they scaled their companies even more.

Shilpa Shetty was one of the investors in the company and she became the brand ambassador of the company as she had a child at that time. They made a television advertisement with her. Along with this, Mama Earth did very aggressively influence marketing. When doing a lot of marketing on social media through influencers, a lot of young generation mothers become their customers.
